Studio 54 Event Space is located in the heart of downtown Ashland, Virginia. We offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 150 guests. Our space is open, flexible and customizable. No matter what the occasion, this is the perfect place to create a truly memorable experience. Spark YOUR imagination.

Studio 54 will provide the set up and break down of tables and chairs, complimentary wi-fi, two restrooms, waste disposal and even a cash bar if you desire. If you choose to, you can bring your own decorations, table linens, food, non-alcoholic beverages, dinnerware and music.

How do I book a private event or small wedding?

Booking an event is easy. First, fill out our Rental Inquiry Form. Second, our Director of Events will contact you with details and pricing info. Lastly, you'll need to secure your event date with a refundable deposit.
How much does it cost to host an event?

It depends on some key factors such as date, time and number of guests. The fastest way to find out is by submitting a Rental Inquiry Form.
What kind of events can be booked?

You can book a variety of events at Studio 54 including weddings, meetings, birthdays, retirement ceremonies, baby showers, reunions, holiday parties, etc.
How many people can we invite to an event?

40-80 guests is the most common event size however our space can accommodate 150 guests.
Is alcohol allowed at Studio 54?

The answer is yes but you may not bring your own. For alcohol service we have bartenders on staff. We will work with you to stock the bar with your favorites. You can pay as you go or run a tab. Don't forget to tip your bartender!
Is audio visual equipment available?

No. We do not offer audio/visual equipment. You may bring in projectors, projection screens, PA systems, lighting, etc.
Can I cancel/postpone an event?

Yes, but events must be cancelled 30 days in advance to receive a refund on your deposit. If you book your event less than 30 days before the event date and you choose to postpone your event, we will keep your deposit and apply it to another event date of your choosing.
What is parking like?

We have a small parking lot behind the building and street parking is available. Car pooling and the use of ride-sharing services is recommended to accommodate large groups.

Interested in booking?

Our Director of Events would be happy to answer any questions and check availability for your next special event. Please provide us with the following information: Name, organization, email, phone number, date of interest, alternate date, event start time, end time, Number of guests, type of event, comments/questions.

Policies & Regulations

We welcome your decorations in our venue. Renters are responsible for securing all decorations and must ensure that they do not cause damage to the space:

Note: We reserve the right to modify these policies and regulations at our discretion at any time.

Decorations and signage can only be affixed with blue painters tape or 3M command products. The use of any other adhesive products is prohibited. Push pins and tacks are also prohibited.
Glitter and confetti cannot be thrown in the building or used as table decorations.
Helium-filled balloons must be secured at all times.
Fog, bubble and foam machines are not allowed.
Use drapes on poles and stands sparsely such that no fire hazard is created. Drapes must not be taller than 10 feet for safety reasons

Take all leftover foods with you or dispose of it; leave nothing behind
All trash should be disposed of properly.
No smoking inside the venue
No pets allowed
Full rental fee is due two weeks prior to your event. All checks are payable to HAUP, LLC. Returned checks are subject to a $50 insufficient funds fee.
